Keith C. Tripp is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience driving sustainable growth and operational excellence in the charity, education, and care sectors. He holds an MBA, MA, and is a Chartered Marketer, bringing strategic and governance-focused expertise to children’s supported accommodation services.

As Business Operations Manager, Keith oversees contract management, data protection, and operational compliance. He works closely with the Responsible Individual and Registered Service Manager to ensure the service meets OFSTED requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and inspection readiness. Keith leads on record management, policy development, and ensures all procedures align with current legislation, best practice, and GDPR standards.

He brings hands-on care experience as a partner in Tripp Foster Care, having supported the long-term development of two looked-after children with training from CAMHS and local authorities. Keith’s unique combination of operational skill and direct care insight strengthens the service’s ability to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for young people.
