    This policy is aimed at encouraging staff to report any concerns or suspected incidents of abuse or neglect of looked after children. It includes information on how to report concerns, how to protect whistleblowers from retaliation, and procedures for investigating and responding to reports.

    This policy is aimed at preventing and responding to incidents where a looked after child goes missing. It includes measures to assess and manage the risks of children going missing, procedures for reporting missing children, and protocols for responding to incidents of missing children.

  5. 5. Anti-Bullying Policy

    This policy is aimed at preventing and responding to incidents of bullying of looked after children. It includes measures to prevent bullying, procedures for reporting incidents of bullying, and protocols for responding to incidents of bullying.

For scheduled placements, we arrange meetings at mutually convenient locations with you and the young individual. During these meetings, we conduct initial keyworking sessions to familiarise ourselves with the young person and their aspirations. Additionally, we educate them about our organisation, address their questions or concerns, and encourage visits to our facilities for informed decisions.
