He leads on safeguarding performance monitoring, risk assessment reviews, and audit processes. He ensures staff maintain up-to-date DBS checks, supervision records, and mandatory training compliance. Malvin also provides strategic direction for the organisation’s digital infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation. He supports OFSTED inspection readiness, safeguarding compliance, and operational effectiveness by maintaining integrated, reliable systems across care delivery and management functions.
