Thembi Dube is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of clinical and managerial experience across
hospital, community, and supported living settings. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Specialist Public Health Nursing with a
Health Visiting qualification and has worked extensively in both NHS and private care services.
As Deputy Services Manager, Thembi supports the Registered Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of
OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation. She leads shift coordination, incident response, and the supervision of Team
Leaders and Senior Support Workers, ensuring care delivery is consistent, responsive, and in line with regulatory
expectations.
Thembi plays a key role in implementing and monitoring support and pathway plans for young people, with a strong focus
on safeguarding, audit compliance, and staff competency. She liaises with Local Authorities, the LADO, and Emergency
Duty Teams to maintain a safe and accountable care environment.
